"I want to.
Be made clean. . . .
"See that you tell nobody,
but go, show yourself to the priest,
and offer the gift that Moses commanded,
as a testimony to them." MATT. 8:3-4
"I will come and heal him." MATT. 8:7
"Most certainly I tell you,
I haven't found so great a faith,
not even in Israel. I tell you
that many will come from the east and the west,
and will sit down with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob
in the Kingdom of Heaven,
but the children of the Kingdom
will be thrown out into the outer darkness.
There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth…
"Go your way.
Let it be done for you
as you have believed." MATT. 8:10-13
Jesus saw the faith of the desperately needy. From healing a lowly leper to heeding the request of a respected Roman commander Jesus brought healing and deliverance to all who believed. He wants to help you, but he needs something from you—your simple trust. Do you believe Him? There is so much power in placing your faith in Jesus. Place your faith in him and unleash the healing, love, restoration, strength, and salvation that is in Jesus.
Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for being so kind and accommodating. I believe you want to heal me. I believe you.
"He believed in Yahweh; and he reckoned it to him for righteousness." ~ "Moreover concerning the foreigner, who is not of your people Israel, when he shall come from a far country for your great name's sake, and your mighty hand, and your outstretched arm; when they shall come and pray toward this house: then hear from heaven, even from your dwelling place, and do according to all that the foreigner calls to you for; that all the peoples of the earth may know your name, and fear you, as does your people Israel, and that they may know that this house which I have built is called by your name." ~ "I am my beloved's, and my beloved is mine. He browses among the lilies." ~ "Behold, Yahweh's hand is not shortened, that it can't save; neither his ear heavy, that it can't hear: but your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear. For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue mutters wickedness." ~ "Without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, for he who comes to God must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him."
